Capbreton

Since I can't "have my ass 5 minutes at the same place", I offered myself to help my professor with the organization of a course/trip at the southwest of France, Capbreton. I already took the course 2 years ago, so I knew what was going on: we go there to visit the CERS (Centre Européenne de Rééducation Sportif), hospital exclusively for athletes. There are a good teamwork made by doctors, physiotherapists, readaptators and so...

We (= sport students from a public university from Catalonia) went there together with a private school of physiotherapy from Madrid... which always creates good debates ;). It was great being there knowing more about my profession, so I could understand more and more things.

The best of the trip were: the invitation I got from the director of the school from Madrid for visiting their center, and the experience of being at -110º inside a huge "freezer" using for cryotherapy... only 2 minutes and low rate of humidity... luckily I found all pieces of my body afterwards!! :) I thought it would be really hard being there at that temperature, but in fact is not worse than rolling on the snow after sauna!! Actually is isn't that bad because there are no humidity...

Let's see if the next year I go there as well... or if I have the chance to "host" the future visitors as a worker for the hospital... :)
